Tariff

Lodging:

INR 6831 CPAI per night for a single/double room until March 31, 2025.

Fooding:

Lunch: INR 450 per person.

Dinner: INR 650 per person.

Booking Policy:

• The booking has to be guaranteed 45 days prior to the date of check-in
• All bookings are tentative until 100% deposit is made. In case the payment is not received till the specified time, we shall have to release the rooms for other bookings.

Activities:

• Some of the activities mentioned may have additional costs involved, please check with the management while booking for more details!

Cancellation policy:

• For cancellation 40-35 days or more before the check in date: 20% deduction.
• For cancellation 34-31 days before the check in date: 30% deduction.
• For cancellation 30-16 days before the check in date: 50% deduction.
• For cancellation 15-06 days before the check in date: 75% deduction.
• For cancellation within 5 days of check in date: 90% deduction.
• No show on the date of check will invite 100% cancellation charges.

Points to note:

Electricity:

• We have a proper electricity connection and the power supply is not bad considering our rural location. The hot water supply in the showers are connected to an electric geyser and works perfectly well when the power is on.
• However, on days when the electricity is erratic, guests will be provided with hot water buckets for their wash, as and when required.
• We do have an invertor back-up and can light up the rooms for a while but do note that there are no charging points connected to the invertor line.

Services:

• While guests are around in the property, there will be a host present throughout along with the staff who will tend to the guests’ needs and services.
• We would like to inform you that our services are more of a home and family hospitality rather than a hotel. However, we are aware, concerned and aim to provide service of the highest level.
• We do not provide laundry facilities for the time being.

Network:

• While we would totally like to be disconnected from phone network during holidays, but in the event of arranging logistics and any emergency, we understand that it comes to need. We would like to mention here that while the property does receive all phone networks but it can be very temperamental. There is no land line though.
• Wi-fi will be available at the common room, but because of the property’s location, the network strength varies.
